TECCHNO FLAMMABILITY TESTER

• Common Features

  The complete equipment consists of Jet for flammability, specimen holding arrangement, digital timer, arrangement of adjustment of fabric width, SS enclose for test setup, synchronous motor arrangement to give motion to burner tip is also provided. Brushing device (spare nylon brush) to prepare test specimen is provided with instrument.

• Automatic Flammability Tester

  Inclined plane type, in which test specimen is held in sheet metal holder at an inclination of 45 deg. C and a flame from standard jet is made to implinge on upper face of fabrics near distance of 127 mm determined to evaluate flammability of fabric under test.

Vertical Flammability Tester

• Vertical type Flammability Tester in which test speciment is held vertically and a flame from standard jet is made to impinge on upper face of fabrics
• Note: A small gas cylinder of 3 to 5 kg is provided with instrument as standard accessory.

TFT-22 TECCHNO LIGHT FASTNESS TESTER

• Light fastness tester is used to determine the effect of exposure of test fabric to sunlight. This tester is used for measuring the fadeness / colour fastness of fabrics, if it is exposed to sunlight for a pre determined time under controlled condition.
• In this equipment a 500 / 1000 Watts MBTL Lamp is used which is having its spectra near to sunlight. One exhaust fan on the top of the chamber to take out hot air from chamber and time elapsed counter for measurement are provided.

TFT-23 TECCHNO PERSPIROMETER (COLOUR FASTNESS TESTER)

• Perspirometer is used to determine the colour fastness of textiles due to water and perspiration. This unit is made from SS 316 in which a specified pressure is applied to a package of test speciments separated by acrylic sheets.
• It is recommended to use separate units for Alkaline & Acidic Test. Suitable weights are provided according to AATCC / ISO standards.
