This is a table top Unit,consisting of single yarn tester, made fo single column screw rod mechanism.
it works on constant of extension principle.
In this tester, single yarn is held by the help of pneumatic grips (air supply required) for accurate measurement.
A highly precise load cell is used to measure accurate reading i.e. load under test.
Elongation can also be measured on display panel.
The controller is a microprocessor-based controller with operating and controlling membrane switches. Load and elongation is measured on this control panel. Max. Load and elongation is stored in this for accurate measurements.
Jaw is returned back after testing with help of controller. Unit can be supplied with RS 232 interface and software
for computer interface abd Graphic analysis and results. Unit is also having Emergency Switch to stop anytime in between test.
Principle :Constant rate of Extension.
